In the early 1970s, Paul D. Taylor and Ted W. Beaty realized that the inherent problems of steel buckets were severely limiting the potential of countless businesses. They realized that strong, resilient plastic buckets made out of polyethylene could be stronger, safer and more efficient than steel buckets.
